The path starts here… unpaved, not always clearly marked
The birds' angels above watch over you on your way…

Components of the program:
The therapeutic component:
A social worker is on hand for each resident and provides individual treatment. In

program. In the peer group the girls find support, empathy and understanding for their
difficulties, and create a healthy relationship with other girls.
The educational component:
The girls study at the regional school Geon Hayarden in Neve Eitan, considered a first
class institution. They join regular classes and receive all the assistance they need to
enable them to keep pace. They are able to complete their schooling and take the final
exams.
At the end of the school day the girls participate in a structured, guided and supervised
program. In their spare time they participate in enrichment courses within the home and
outside it, in the spheres of art, music and sport, and they go on trips.
The girls participate in the maintenance of the house and are responsible for its
management on a daily basis.
They participate in the life of the kibbutz and its social activities, as well as
contributing their quota of work.
The staff of the home is in constant contact with the girls' families and whoever referred
them to the Rehabilitation Center.
Before the girls leave the home, an individual program is built up for them, enabling
